Right of Withdrawal

The customer may request the cancellation of the order that is not yet packed and Elettrodomex S.r.l. reserves the acceptance of the cancellation of that order.
Cancellations must be sent in written form within 14 working days from reception of the goods, even without motivation by the side of the customer. Elettrodomex S.r.l. reserves the right to not accept the cancellation if the same goods had been ordered specifically to own supplier to fulfill the order in question.

Who can apply for the withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed and regulated in accordance with law by Articles 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 2005/206) and it applies to customers and consumers (i.e. individuals who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, therefore with no indications of VAT) that have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

Note: customers who purchase with a VAT number may not exercise the right of withdrawal.

How to apply for withdrawal

The return of the purchased goods to Elettrodomex S.r.l. must be requested and authorized in advance by contacting our office, explaining the reasons for the specific request and mentioning the invoice and/or the transport document (DDT).

Before returning the goods you must wait the written authorization and the appropriate allocation of return number. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition, sent in the original packaging and shipped free port to our warehouse in Via Friuli 63 Milano, mentioning the assigned return number on the document. The buyer must arrange for the return of the goods, at his expense, within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return. The refund will take place at the same time as the actual receipt of the goods.

Any use, even partial, of the purchased goods automatically cancels the right of withdrawal.

We remind you that, in the event that the product was purchased by mistake or if you choose to return it for any other reason, our policies provide for the reimbursement of the purchase price of the returned product only, excluding shipping costs payed to receive the product. In case of orders with free shipping costs, an amount of 7 euros will be deducted.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, also note that the product must be returned in conditions of substantial integrity and the shipping costs for the return of the purchased item are charged to the customer (which may of course choose the shipping method he/she prefers).

IMPORTANT: if the return request is for a wrong, damaged or malfunctioning item, before you return the product is essential that you send us photos of the same as it is evident the damage detected or non-compliance with the ordered. In this way, and only in this case, Elettrodomex Srl may also choose not to demand the return of the article, proceeding directly to full refund (product + shipping costs incurred during the purchase). In the event that you choose to send the damaged product anyway without giving prior notification or without awaiting an opinion about it, the cost of return for the item will be borne solely by the customer.
