Payment methods

Purchases made on Elettrodomex are safe and guaranteed and may be paid by:

• Credit Card (on Setefi Gateway by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.a.)
• PayPal (please note that you do not need a PayPal account and all credit cards are accepted, including American Express)
• Anticipated Wire Transfer (Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.a.)
• Credit card at our store and headquarter (Via Friuli 63, Milano)
• Cash on delivery (it involves an extra charge of 5,50 EUR)

In case of payment by anticipated wire transfer the order will be managed only after receiving confirmation of credit deposit from our bank (Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.a). Payments must be made within 3 days from the date of the order. Beyond this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The reason for payment of the bank transfer must necessarily report the order number, the order date and the customer name.

If you choose to pay by credit card at our headquarter (this option is available only if you want to personally pick up the purchased goods), we remind you that the collection and the concurrent payment must be made within 3 days from reception of the confirmation email; otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.

Elettrodomex S.r.l. reserve its right not to ship goods, even after accepting the order, to customers who are "insolvent".
